The FinProm Pro is the Group Head of Compliance for a financial service firms, has background in financial service compliance consultancy and has historically been an Approved Person for a financial service firm.
Working collaboratively with a variety of regulated firms in the consumer credit (consumer hire, credit broking, debt management), claims management, mortgage and insurance sectors, The FinProm Pro has successfully assisted with authorisations, provided comprehensive advice, policy creation, financial promotion reviews and much more. Not to mention years of invaluable experience dealing with the FCA on behalf of clients.
Our Vision
We wan’t FCA-regulated firms to comply with relevant rules and requirements, and that means all firms! It isn’t an even playing field if some firms comply and other don’t. Our mission is to ensure that all firms comply with financial promotion requirements which not only benefits firms but also your customers. Let’s not forget, the FCA is focused on consumer outcomes which essentially underpins the world of FCA compliance.
